road sharing

you're driving towards your destination

you're driving at the legal speed limit

when out of the blue, a middle aged lady in a rav4 speeds up and you find her tailgating you

you gently hit the breaks to slow down just to piss her off a bit

you can sense her agitation

you slow down some more for added effect

finally she's had enough and decides to change lanes

the traffic light turns red and the lane she changes into suddenly becomes filled with slowing cars

meanwhile, you, in your lane, cruise past her to the front of the line...

"yeah damn straight you friggin ho, serves u friggin right" you find yourself saying out aloud as you have a chuckle to yourself while looking back at her through your rearview...

how many times do u find yourself doing that in the car when you're on the road alone...

... cursing at people you dont even know and cursing out aloud?

and then that makes me wonder also.. about all the names i have been called in all my ... 10(?)years of driving... by total strangers... for just being on the road

i do wonder, how many times a day do i get called a name just for being a road user...and what are the names?

i must say compared to alot of people i am a very patient road user

rarely do i get angry unless its really shocking, i just like to piss people off gently out of spite when they demonstrate a bad attitude towards road sharing...

i dare say though, i have witnessed some very appalling behaviour on the road

why are people so angry these days!?
