quick update

my my what a crazy busy hectic two weeks it has been for me! so much has happened, the days and nights seemed to fuse into one another and the weeks just flew on by...

and this... this is the first opportunity that ive gotten to actually sit here ... in one spot.. and blog!

where do i even begin??

perhaps july 10? cats birthday wooooooooooooooooooooooohoooooooo my lovely cat turned 25 and how did we celebrate? we kicked started the monday night with steam boat at quans house, it was a surprise and yes... she REALLY WAS surprised. tung blindfolded her... drove her round in circles and then led her in where we all stood in the dark with her yummy ice cream cake... it was a nice night..very good to hang out with my O.Gs (original group haha) again

the reason i said kickstarted initially was because the next night we went to see russel peters at the enmore theatre ... he was bluddy hilarious... pity we ended up sitting somewhere up close to the back, i sat next to quan and we're both blind and deaf... so we kinda missed alot of the punchlines... the noisy biatches behind us didnt help either!

so anyway moving right along...

i dont know which came first, but i believe this did ... VIEN FINALLY HAD HER BABY AND A BEAUTIFULLLLLLLL ONE TOO! you know how with most babies... it takes them awhile to develop features that make u go.. oOoO she's/he's kinda cute for an asian baby... well this one was different. Baby Tivianh Aroha DeSouza has got to be the most beautiful newborn ive ever seen! perhaps the fact that the mother is beautiful helped... as did the fact that the baby was an exotic mix of portugeuse, maori and asian! hehe but anyway... CONGRATS to vien and zane... i am sure you guys would make the perfect parents! im thrilled to bits that shes finally arrived!

and then.... danny came back! Welcome back D! before he left, i said i wanted 61 presents for each day he was away... he came pretty close! so many wonderful things but i think my favourite was this keyring ...from portobello market.. with vintage lace inside! its so cool! but then again i loved everything else too.. thanks dude! and oh yes....im also glad your back! he he

and then.... we took a road trip to port stevens this weekend ... i actually just got back... it was a wonderful get-away because i hadnt been on a holiday since queensland earlier this year... it was good to get away from the hecticity of life and not have to think about anything but having a good time. we went on this 4-WD tour thingo yesterday over sand dunes and then we went sand surfing which was sooooooo fun ... pity it was such a short trip .. i didnt even want to go home.. we stayed at the peppers resort and anchorage and got upgraded to the loft suite and it was absolutely divine, cosy and tranquil.

all i can say now is im so tired! and i am so glad i have tomorrow off to rest and recover!
